Which 1C products are relevant in Europe?
The two main 1C solutions are currently on the market and could be used around the world:
- 1С:ERP World Edition - flagship product from 1C. It is suitable for companies of any size. This product is made on the basis of Russian «1C:ERP» configuration, but is fully adapted for the international market. It supports several languages.
- 1C:Drive — the simplified 1C solution, which is more suitable for small business. Russian configuration «Management of Our Company» was taken as a basis, but 1C:Drive has been strongly modified and became even better than its Russian analogue. It also supports several languages.

About experience
We implemented 1C:Drive from scratch in Belgium, for a division of the Russian company, selling premium food for pets.
What we did:
Automated wholesale and retail sales, purchasing, warehouse, CRM and accounting.
We also integrated 1C with several services:
- With the bank BNP Paribas Fortis: we implemented the loading of bank statements;
- With a logistics complex Katoen Natie: we prepared the exchange of balances and documents. Employees used 1C for managing the assembly and shipment of orders, residue control of finished goods, which were located in the warehouse of the company;
- With EDI-provider Montova: we connected to the service and configured electronic management of documents in order to automate work with logistics company Katoen Natie;
- With the online store: we ported the 1C-Bitrix module to 1C:Drive.
